The principal of the University of Religions and Denominations: late Allameh Jafar Morteza Al-Ameli, the spiritual father of Hezbollah
RELIGIONS NEWS AGENCY (REDNA) -Hojat-ul-Islam Wal-Muslemin Seyyed Abul-Hassan Nawwab, the principal of the University of Religions and Denominations, described late Allameh Jafar Morteza Al-Ameli as the spiritual father of Lebanese Hezbollah.
Making speech at the “4th anniversary of the passing away of the late Allameh Seyyed Jafar Morteza Ameli”, Hojat-ul-Islam Wal-Muslemin Dr. Seyyed Abul-Hassan Nawwab said there were close relations between Allameh Jafar Morteza Al-Ameli and the late Imam Khomeini. Allameh Al-Ameli also enjoyed close ties with Ayatollah Khamenei, the supreme leader of the Islamic republic of Iran.
As Religions News Agency(REDNA) reported Dr. Nawwab declared the links Allameh Ameli had with Hezbollah in Lebanon won him the title of “Hezbollah spiritual father”.
“During the 33-days war in Lebanon, Allameh Ameli`s libarary where collections of his manuscripts and publications kept was completely destroyed. When called him and expressed my sadness about the loss, he simply referred to Hezbollah fighters as the defenders of the origins his manuscripts contained, mainly about Islamic resistance.” Hojat-ul-Islam Wal-Muslemin Dr. Seyyed Abul-Hassan Nawwab said while reminding the memories he had with Allameh Ameli
The anniversary passing away of the late Allameh Ameli was attended by his great son, Seyyed Abdollah Morteza Ameli, some Iranian university lecturers, his brother Hajjah Ul-Islam Wal-Muslim Morteza Morteza Ameli, as well as Dr. Nazieh Mansour, a former member of the Lebanese Parliament and a member of the Hezbollah Central Council from Lebanon.
Also, the ceremony unveiled the translation of two books of Allameh Ameli titled “The role of miracles in human life, with a look at the miracles and virtues of Imam Reza (AS)” translated by “Mahmoud Nazaripour” and “Medical etiquette in Islam” translated by Hojat Ul-Islam Wal Muslimin “Mohammedreza Saleh”.
