Seyyed Abul-Hassan Nawwab: Governments change but nations permanent 

For international peace and coexistence of nations across the world, religions play a key role.

Hojat-ul-Islam Wal-Muslemin Seyyed Abul-Hassan Nawwab, the principal of the University of Religions and Denominations while meeting with the South Korea`s ambassador in Tehran, Iran said different foreign countries` envoys and ambassadors have visited the University of Religions and Denominations. It is a non-state university that is based on three unique approaches of “Research, Dialogue and Postgraduate”.

Religious News Agency (REDNA) reports “Yoon Kang Hyun”, the South Korea`s ambassador in Tehran, visited the University of Religions and Denominations in Qom and met with Hojat-ul-Islam Wal-Muslemin Seyyed Abul-Hassan Nawwab, the principal of the University.

Welcoming the ambassador, Dr. Nawwab added his travelling to more than seven hundred foreign countries has brought him fame in real of religions.

The principal of the University of Religions and Denominations said: “I am well-known for world of academic sciences and religion but unknown for political and economic one.”

“I enjoy a very close relationship with the world religious leaders: Pope Francis, the world Catholic leader, is my close friend. I have met with Buddhists, Hindus and Shinto leaders during various conferences.  I have friendly relationships with Muslims` leaders.” added Dr. Nawwab

“The University of Religions and Denominations over the past twenty years has made lots of science and communication achievements. In fact, it has been more prominent than its capacity.” he said

The principal of the University of Religions and Denominations continued:” South Korea’s relations with Iran were very good in the past. Both Iran and South Korea were oppressed. Even now, if foreign countries do not interfere, the two countries will enjoy friendly ties. Our relations with the East are very historical. We have had a relationship with China for 5000 years and with Southeast Asia a very active relationship throughout history. The relationship between states is temporary, but the relationship between nations is permanent.”

“Iranians like South Korean products and consider them in the category of Japan. South Korea is a hard-working nation. We hope to be as hardworking as Koreans. Koreans are very talented. We need to improve our ties and defuse the enemies` interferences.”  Hojat-ul-Islam Wal-Muslemin Seyyed Abul-Hassan Nawwab added
