Muslim Hands appeal on Islam TV Channel raises £1.45 million for its work in Syria, Palestine and Yemen
RELIGIONS NEWS AGENCY (REDNA) – Throughout Ramadan, the Islam Channel has allowed charities to present programmes about their work and raise funds for future development.
As the festival draws to a close, the Channel reports that Muslim Hands raised over £1.45 million for its work with the people of Syria, Palestine and Yemen. The Channel schedule for Ramadan includes daily living programmes covering cookery and health, talks from Islamic scholars, a recitation of the Quran and charity appeals.
