Vatican Pope Francis surprised at the University of Religions and Denominations` publications

RELIGIONS NEWS AGENCY (REDNA) – Meeting with The dean of University of Religions and Denominations in Vatican, Pope Francis expressed his surprise at the University of Religions and Denominations` publications.

Religions News Agency (REDNA) reports His holiness, Pope Francis, welcoming Seyyed Abul Hassan Nawab, the dean of University of Religions and Denominations, praised the influential works of the University and said: “the publications by University of Religions and Denominations surprised us, they can be described as similar to the prophets` missions in explaining revelation.”

Seyyed Abul Hassan Nawab, the dean of University of Religions and Denominations, leading a delegation met Pope Francis, the world Catholic church religious leader, in his residential place in Vatican.

In a positive atmosphere around the meeting, Hojat-o-Islam Walm-o-slemin Dr. Seyyed Abul Hassan Nawab, briefed Pope on activities and perspectives of the University of Religions and Denominations.

He said the University of Religions and Denominations mission is to expand and improve peace and friendship all over the world through teaching all faiths.

Pope Francis, getting to know the University of Religions and Denominations` scientific and international activities, said:” Islam-Christianity relationships at a better status than ever due to the efforts made by all those people stepped foot in this field.

The world catholic leader visited publications by the University of Religions and Denominations and described them as surprising to himself and similar to the prophets` mission in explaining revelation.

His holiness emphasized: “We support establishing of Christianity sect in the University of Religions and Denominations.
