Anglican bishops: Storming Congress in Brazil, an act of terrorism

RELIGIONS NEWS AGENCY (REDNA) – Following riots in Brazil, the archbishops in Anglican church described storming of the congress in this country as act of terrorism.

As The Church Times reports supporters of ex-President Jair Bolsonaro stormed the congress building in Brazil.

Thousands of Bolsonaro supporters overran police and ransacked parliament buildings.

This is while one week ago the new President, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, was sworn in.

Brazil presidential election was held last October but the result of the election is opposed by supporters of Brazil former president.
