An Indian professor calls a Muslim student by terrorist’s name, suspended

RELIGIONS NEWS AGENCY (REDNA) – An Indian professor  who had called a Muslim student by terrorists` name was suspended.

As “Easter Eye” reported in a video went viral on social media a professor of a private university in the southern state of Karnataka, India called a Muslim student by terrorists` name.

The professor apologized but the university suspended him and initiated a probe.

The college has debarred the professor from taking classes till the inquiry is over.

The offended Muslim student said:”being a Muslim in this country and facing all this every day is not funny, sir. You can’t joke about my religion, that too in a derogatory manner.”

The professor apologised to the student and told him he was like his son.

The student further said  if his father had said something like that, he would disown him. He asked the professor whether he would call his son a terrorist in front of an entire class.

The professor called the Muslim student by the name of “Kasab” one of the biggest terrorists India has ever seen.
