A catholic senior official: Pope Bahrain visit sign of unity

RELIGIONS NEWS AGENCY (REDNA) –Cardinal Pietro Parolin, the Vatican Secretary of State, described Pope travel to Bahrain as positive step to strengthen unity in the world.

He said currently the world is affected by tensions, oppositions, and conflicts and Pope`s visit of Bahrain will echo messages of unity, cohesion, and peace.

Pope is visiting Bahrain on 3-6 November.

He is meeting the high rank officials of Bahrain government, the local Church in the country and youths.

Pope is also taking part in a Bahrain Forum for Dialogue: East and West for Human Coexistence.
